The Lord put on my heart to write a blog about marriage, specifically directed to the wife’s role in marriage. This blog is designed to highlight how to love our husbands God’s way. We can easily get discouraged, we are not perfect and we are human. This blog serves to teach and remind us what the Word of God says about what is inside our hearts as believers. We have the Greater One on the inside of us and He is greater than the one ruling the world, Satan. As believers, we have a Helper and He is the Holy Spirit. John 14:26 (Amplified) states this about the Holy Spirit:

But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you. John 14:26 AMP

 The Promises of God

Do the Promises of God become null and void because of what you see going on in the world? Because of COVID? Because of who is governing the nation, your state, your city?

No!

"Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages)." Heb. 13:8 AMPC

" For as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God." 2 Cor. 1:20 AMPC

"God is faithful (reliable, trustworthy, and therefore ever true to His promise, and He can be depended on); by Him you were called into companionship and participation with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord." 1 Cor. 1:9

What did He promise? Provision, Healing, Peace, that He will never leave you nor forsake you, to name just a few promises.

Will you deny Him by not taking hold of His promises? Will you deny Him by holding what you see over what He told you?

"But whoever denies and disowns Me before men, I also will deny and disown him before My Father Who is in heaven." Matt. 10:33 AMPC

Remember, don't be moved by what you see and hear.

"Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting." 2 Cor. 4:18
